Excellent support. If there are any questions they are answered straight away. But by far the best support is the continual development. The system has got better and better since we first signed up to it as Propeller actually listens to its users and implements their suggestions. Quarterly user meetings are a great way to learn more about the system, about the future developments and to talk to the team. Itís this level of support that influenced my decision to sign up to EasyBOP as well.
Propeller is always a phone call away, Iíve never had to wait more than a few minutes for advice and support. Emails are answered promptly and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I couldnít fault them.

The support and training we have received from Propeller has been extremely good. Cara Smith has been to our offices on a couple of occasions to run training sessions and the feedback from all attendees has consistently been great. We occasionally contact the team at Propeller with queries or suggestions on how the software could be developed and our suggestions are always taken on board and we have been really pleased to see some incorporated into updates.
